Palengke Fresh

With our Palengke Fresh program, we do our part to support Filipino farmers and bring healthy farm-fresh produce to our shoppers. Launched across all 36 malls, this Bayanihan Initiative assists local farmers to get fair prices for their livelihood while offering high-quality fruits and vegetables at good value and easy accessibility to our community members. Cutting out the middlemen, WalterMart coordinates directly with the farmers as direct suppliers. Ever since the pandemic, we have been able to reach out to more local farmers in other WalterMart locations. Originally launched on a smaller scale in 2019, we are proud to call this one of our flagship programs now.
